Loved the Dome Home

A fun experience staying at the dome home! Close enough drive to shops and restaurants in Kennebunkport but also far enough away from everything to give the rural setting as advertised.Great communication for checking in and out.

Exactly what we needed!

We needed a getaway for my father in law, sister in law husband, 2 boys and myself after a tough year. The dome home was the perfect retreat! It’s such a unique structure and the woodwork is simply beautiful! The spaces inside and out were enjoyed…and provided for the creation of so many new memories! Thank you!!! We hope to be back!

This place is truly one of a kind. Offering a uniquely designed home and tranquil property, any guest will appreciate the experience of the dome. The dome is inspirational. We had everything we needed during our stay and received great instructions from the host on locating the property.

Owner was amazing answered promptly every time & took care of any issues right away. Property beautiful, would have liked doors or alternatives on bedrooms lol but all & all fantastic time.

Weekend at the Dome

We stayed at the Dome house for a long weekend. The property setting is beautiful and having a peaceful retreat 15 mins from Kennebunkport provided a great balance to our stay. The uniqueness of the home is very cool.

Dome Sweet Dome

We spent a few days here with our girls and our dog. Lots of room to roam for him. The home was beautiful and so unique. Highly recommend!

Magical !

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at the dome house. We loved the uniqueness of the dome and the solitude, without roughing it. We stayed over the Christmas holiday and we were very comfortable. Wi-Fi was good, the heat worked quite well, and the hot water was quick to heat up. The shower in the downstairs bathroom was amazing. The piano was an added plus too! We would definitely stay here again.

Dome House doesn't disappoint!

This is a special place and it was perfect for our dogs. The woods are lovely and the house is unique. It felt far away from the rest of the world, but was actually close to the beach, great hiking trails, and the wedding events we attended.

Real home Dome

This is an amazing property and it was an experience to stay here. Being in the dome was inspiring. I had to figure how you could build one! The craftsmanship and details are truly unique. The space in the dome has its own feel. A truly great property with great hosts in an amazing area.

Week in the woods

We had a wonderful experience. We had all the necessities we needed. We got to be a little resourceful when it came to toasting and reheating our food, but it just added to the experience. Would recommend to anyone who wants the experience of being in the woods with the convenience of being in town. Owner was wonderful in making sure we had everything we needed and was easily reachable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Magical retreat

What a wonderful spot! So unique and cozy. Comfortable bed. Minimalist, relaxing decor in bedrooms. Beautiful views of trees, sky, and the field. Quiet and peaceful. Great kitchen. Enjoyed watching a show projected onto the wall. The double shower is spacious and feels like being at a spa. Several large house plants. The fire pit is awesome. Within a few minutes’ drive to beaches, nature reserves, plus great bakeries, breweries, and restaurants. Highly recommend the dome when you’re ready for a break from the city.

Get Away Trip from Boston

This unique home was a fantastic place to have a getaway from Boston’s hustle and bustle! It was peaceful and the slow mornings were perfect! The house was lit by the sun for the entirety of the day. The home was cozy with all the decorations. The owner was very responsive and made the stay wonderful! The town and beaches were all a short trip away!

An inspiring location with an even more inspiring home

If I had the talent, this is where I’d choose to brainstorm my piano album. It’s a serene and magnificent property that will make you focus on what truly matters. We arrived at the property after a sailboat cruise in Saco, then enjoyed the next morning just a quick drive away in Kennebunkport. The lack of light pollution made for beautiful star gazing on the deck at night. And hanging out in the wide open living room at night brought out the best in our vocals. The acoustics in this place are really amazing! Overall, the experience was truly special. Thank you!
