“Have stayed here before and had good experiences but this time was pretty terrible. The bathroom was dirty, there was a fake nail on the carpet, and there was this loud intermittent vibrating/humming noise ALL night and day. We asked the housekeeper to service our room on the 2nd day since no one did on our first morning but they still didn’t clean it. The breakfast was adequate but the warm food (eggs, sausage, etc) was always just a little too cold to enjoy.”

“The property and rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only “negatives” I have was that is no light over the desk, nor a lamp. I had to work remotely during my stay, so that was a bit of an issue. There was no microwave in the room either, which I am use too. Additionally, there were no “guest” ice machines to be used. Had to go to the front desk to ask for ice, then they went to the kitchen to get it. Other than those inconveniences, everything else was……

“I had a couple of issues, one was the bathroom. There was black gunk and hair in the corners and behind the toilet as the floor had not been cleaned sufficiently in weeks or months. It looks like they just ran a mop over the center of the floor. I always bring lysol spray and paper towels, so I cleaned it myself. Another issue I had was that I cut my foot on a small shard of glass on the pool deck. The floor is made of tiny pebbles in grout,, and I am sure it is difficult to clean up after a……

“The door to the outside downstairs from our room was not look. The lock appeared as if it had been seriously tampered with!! I called the desk and was told they knew it was broken and someone was coming the next day to fix it and he would walk the property in the night. Thankful Our room door bolted ”

“Pros: Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is pretty decent. Microwave and fridge are in the room for the convenience. Cons: Reading lights between the two beds are both broken. Water from the shower is not hot enough even if turn the handle all the way up. Room door will not automatically close as normal hotel room door. Gym facility is not well maintained. Staff has to shoulder the gym door open for me. And the light in the gym keeps flashing like a horror movie.”
