“Our stay was okay, but a few small details could be improved. The studio wasn’t on the highest floor as expected, there was no hand wash, and only half a roll of toilet paper was provided. These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar.
We were also asked to cancel our unrefundable booking, which caused some confusion, and check-in instructions were not sent 24 hours in advance, making arrival less smooth.

The listing does not tell you that your check-in desk is actually a car inside a parking lot on the third floor!
I know it’s hard to believe, but that’s the truth! Very difficult to find as well.
Also, after the so-called check in, you need to walk through the parking lot go to the seventh floor, then walk through an open area to a different building.
Each of those steps, you have to wait very long for the very dirty elevators also……

“The exterior of the property looked similar to the photos posted online. Unfortunately, the interior was a very different experience. The elevator and the room had a strong unpleasant odor, making the environment uncomfortable.
After inspecting the room, we immediately informed the front desk that the room was unsatisfactory and decided not to stay. Despite raising our concerns at the time, the matter was not resolved to our satisfaction.
