- This beautifully styled apartment is set over two floors and in a lovely position in the centre of the market town of Keswick. The town has a great selection of restaurants and independent shops to explore. You can enjoy your Lake District surroundings with a stroll down to the shores of Derwentwater (0.5 miles) to catch the launch from Keswick across the lake and conquer Catbells, popular with walkers of all ages and abilities.
Walking through the door of this newly renovated and beautifully appointed property, you’ll find the lounge is a lovely light space with a beautiful bay window. This room has been tastefully decorated and furnished with comfort and elegance in mind. There are two sofas - a three-seater and a two-seater - and two comfy chairs which surround the Smart TV, perfect for a family night in or a daytime movie. The chef of the family will enjoy creating a feast in the fabulously designed kitchen. Here we have an electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge/freezer, plus an island unit with stools. Just off the kitchen is the utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Next to that is the dining room with a dining table and chairs for all to gather around and enjoy a good meal or plan the next day’s adventures. Heading into the hallway is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and the separate shower room is also on this floor. Heading down to the lower ground floor, you will find another two bedrooms: a twin bedroom (can be made into a super-king upon request) and another king-size bedroom. In between the two bedrooms is a shower room with a shower and WC.
The patio area with seating is a stunning spot to enjoy those amazing views and a glass of wine after a busy day exploring the local area. There is private parking for one car, and on-street parking available nearby, subject to availability.
