The rooms were nice and the on site laundry was a plus(especially if you plan of fishing) the coffee in the lobby was actually good and the store within walking distance was awesome bonus!

Nice location from the ferry terminal to the airport but bus is needed from downtown. Local grocery is next to the hotel. Room is clean and enough spacious. Kitchen is convenient but no kitchenware for cooking.

One Night In Ketchikan

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, they allowed us to store our bags since we were pretty early for check-in. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the pillows were awesome! Great experience for our family. Everyone was very friendly.

Locals Stay Here (even without a discount)

Well, there’s zero discount for locals, even in the off-season and it’s a less expensive to book on hotels.com. There’s an amazing grocery & liquor store across the street with a terrific salad bar and I think like, the only froyo in town and even if you’re not local, a thoughtful assortment of gifts. This hotel is also dog friendly, very comfortable, and with a mini kitchenette.

Best place in Ketchikan

I've stayed in three different hotels in Ketchikan and this is by far the best. Very clean and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. They are finishing up redoing all the rooms. Our room was perfect except for a small flaw on the wall from a previous guest.

I love the new manager! He is very personable! Since he came from Georgia! This place is so clean! Staff is always busy instead of standing around or not even found! He is an asset to My Place! Give that man a raise!

Business lay over

I had to stay the night so I could get to Annette island on Monday. The only thing they could improve on is having a free breakfast. The room was great. Clean, dry, and warm. And the staff was /is more than accommodating. The let me check in early as my flight got in around 11 am. Good value for my money

My stay was unexpected because of a flight layover. Booked last minute and very late at night. Very nice and helpful young man got our room quickly. The next morning he comped a taxi ride to the airport, knowing we didn't have a car. That was nice customer service.

It worked out

I had only planned on staying one night. But wound up staying three nights. The hot water was not running the first day. Then there was no more problems with it after that. The staff was friendly, and the property was clean.

The lobby was under renovation and there is no breakfast available except for store bought items. The location is a taxi ride to the airport- note it’s included and free but ferry ride is not. The first floor as well as some rooms are having some work done so it might have limited my choice of room. Otherwise staff was very very friendly ! And very very helpful.. It made up for the inconvenience of the renovation and dustiness in the first floor. The rooms were roomy and clean and had a little kitchen. Location not anywhere near anything except the diner of the landing hotel
