We arrived early but the lady was willing to pick us up from the airport and let us check in right away. She even walked us to the room and carried our bags upstairs! It is in the middle of town and pretty walkable to most things. It was very quiet

We spent 4 nights here in July. The room was lovely. The staff were friendly...they even drove me to the supermarket across town in the hotel van. That was kind and helpful. We loved being on Ketchikan Creek to see the harbor seals . It's a bit loud if the room faces the street, but hey, when you are in the center of where everyone wants to be, that will happen. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect place for visiting Ketchikan

Really appreciated the shuttle service for pickup at airport and dropoff at ferry terminal. Our driver offered great local recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Ketchikan. The hotel was really nice and in a perfect location. The staff kindly prepared the room, meeting all our personal requests to make us very comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again.

This is truly a charming property. It's an older hotel that has been remodeled with care. The rooms are comfortable. The location is amazing. We spent time hanging out on the back deck that's on the creek watching the eagles swoop and a seal looking for dinner.

I felt a bit uncomfortable with the window at ground level i could just step out of or someone could step into. Blinds didn't quite cover the edges of the window and definitely an old building where the siunds echoed from other people staying there but the place was clean, everyone was nice and they provided earplugs and a fan to drown out the noises

EVERYTHING about this magnificent hotel is fabulous. The location, the staff, the unique appeal, the proximity to all that is needed, and the way you feel when you wake up in the morning. And, don't get me started about the eagles who played around just outside my window.

Lovely Inn on the Bay!

This is a lovely inn on the bay, near the cruise ship pier. The inn is comprised of several historic buildings with different names. I stayed in the “New York Hotel” portion of the Inn at Creek Street. Niles, the manager-on-duty, picked me up from the airport ferry, gave a thorough description of the Inn and the history of Ketchikan. My room faced the bay, with sail boats and a cruise ship. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the necessities (including a Keurig). It was a wonderful stay. I highly recommend the Inn at Creek Street!

Creek Street

Historic building in a great location at the start of the heritage listed Creek Street. We stayed in the New York Hotel part overlooking the water. Room was not large but comfortable. Ate dinner at the cafe / restaurant down stairs which was busy and the food was good. Rained for the day we were there but this is normal for Ketchikan!

This is a two star hotel at best though I paid $290 a night. Was completely unprepared to be right along bridge with a lot of noisy trucks. The hotel clearly gets complaints because they provide earplugs. First time I’ve had to source a YouTube with white noise video just so I could sleep. Staff was friendly, but they were rarely there in afternoon so when I had questions I could not find anyone. Heard a lot of noise from other rooms also. Every door opening and closing It is close by the port and in a quaint area. The crêpe place next-door is awesome.

My friend and I were traveling together, so having two beds was our goal. The open loft “bedroom” and sofa bed meet our primary needs. It also allowed for fairly separate sleeping spaces. The negative was that getting up and down from the loft was an extremely narrow spiral staircase!! This is not a good feature for children or anyone without good mobility and balance!! We worried that the location would be noisy, but were pleasantly surprised that it was quiet, with the white noise of the creek. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, including an unexpected ride to a trailhead when we weren’t sure if we had time for the hike!

We booked this last minute after a secondary flight was cancelled. Hotel staff picked us up from the ferry upon arrival and dropped us back off in the morning in time for the trip back across to the airport. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is within walking distance to many shops and eateries. Very nice experience overall.

The property was very attractive and clean. The view of the creek and boardwalk was nice. Having a private section of the boardwalk for guests was great.
