We did lose our keys at the beach and didn’t realize it until we got back to the property. Mind you it was pretty late when we got back and it did take a little bit to get a response from the host; but when the host replied we were able to get a spare key (we paid a fee of course via Zelle) pretty quickly and the host made sure to make sure we were all good!
