Very cute property in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Key Biscayne. Very convenient to restaurants and grocery store. Convenient parking. Elizabeth, the manager, was wonderful! Extremely helpful and responsive! Highly recommend!

Hotel was nice, staff was wonderful, very helpful with information about transportation to and from cruise port, would definitely stay here again, close to airport with free shuttle service which was a plus

We really enjoyed our stay there. Its close to metro mover, which takes you to bayside market place. Its very convient and in a good location. We will stay there again for our next cruise.

Amazing. Vibe , easy check in , great location, loved the rooftop gym and Bar. Make sure you as about the parking discount!

Special place, I will definitely come back here again, nice location, posh environment, service is great, a group of professionals who pride themselves in offering the best. Beds are super comfortable, lovely spacious rooms. Breakfast service is better than lots of restaurants. A really elegant hotel. Some other hotels in the area may do well to follow their example-just saying...also really accessible to many places, within walking distance. Top spot and a new favourite!!!

Clean comfortable property. Free shuttle van from airport to property. Decent breakfast and love those cinnamon rolls. If going to the cruise port, shuttle only $14/per person and was able to schedule shuttle from cruise port to airport, for after our cruise was completed. Again for just $14/per person. They make it very easy. Will definitely be back.

The property is well maintained and the staff is personable and helpful. We only stayed one night had dinner in the restaurant, Riverside. Then ate there again for breakfast which was delicious. The staff at Riverside was great 👍 👌. The only issue that we had was the city view room was a bit noisy in the evening with the rooms being above a main road and drawbridge but the view was AMAZING. I only stayed one night but truly felt like royalty! The front desk clerk was professional, welcoming, and very informative. I’ll definitely be returning for a longer stay when I visit my son at FIU!

This place is great, they have clean rooms and a beautiful pool with palm trees right next to the police station and 2 blocks from the beach, they also hold your luggage for free.
