5/5 - Excellent
You have a pay a troll to drive onto Key Biscayne. The worse thing about it.

It was amazing. I don’t think they are slightly overpriced

The room was underwhelming and small. No place to put a suitcase and there is always hair on the floor. The nearby amenities definitely made up for the small room because we didn’t stay there much but to sleep.

Why do you have different beds in the Miami location vs other locations I've been to (Los Angeles, Boston)? The mattresses in those locations were thicker, more supportive and still soft somehow. Your check-in process is simple and easy. I've been going to Citizen M hotels for the last few years ...

There's no mirror in the room.

The room was overall very nice. A few things to note is that it is an apartment building so some people live there or rent out their apartments. There should be some more towel racks or hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels. There was only one rack for a room that could sleep 4 people. A shower ...

If you want to go to the beach near Miami, without the South Beach party scene, Key Biscayne is where to go. Perfect for families, and anyone else wanting a calm relaxing beach.
Generally pretty expensive area. Lots of golf carts on the road. Very good restaurants especially the Indian restaurant on the main drag.
Nice place but crowded
Safe, area with great beaches just wish there were more casual dining options around.
Our favorite miami-area beach for family friendliness. Crandon park has lots of great stuff like the old Zoo Miami with abandoned park but lots of birds and crocs, highlight is Stoneman Douglass Nature Center and the sand bar in front.
