“The staff was very responsive and easy to communicate with. There are some minor updates that the property could benefit from. ”

“Owner gave wrong door code and I couldn't get in to the place for HALF A DAY and refused to give a refund/help. There's black mold in the bathroom and everything is falling apart. Then the room they gave me wasn't even cleaned before the previous guest (bed was completely slept in, dirty towels on floor, etc). Horrible stay and terrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.”

“This is not ideal for a stay longer than maybe a day or two. My husband and I stayed for a week and it was not great. Keep in mind the room is small. There is not a lot of space to hang things or place anything especially in the bathroom. The bathroom looks moldy in all corners and we did find 3 bugs in our bed (under the bedsheets). “Clean room ”

“Coming off of a cruise, I worried about having a "horror story". However, Sergio and family really cares and it shows!. The place is well taken care of and spacious. “Hosts were very friendly and communicative! Knew all the hot spots to visit! Very kind and helpful throughout the whole process of check-in/-out (which is already super simple I’m just an overthinker). If/when I come back to Miami I want to book with them again!”

“The place was spotless. Beautiful neighborhood just off historic 8th street. Good location for getting to the beaches, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, or just chilling in the many parks nearby.”

“Okay guys, this is going to be a real “to be honest” and straight up review.First off, the communication from the host was GREAT! We did lose our keys at the beach and didn’t realize it until we got back to the property. Mind you it was pretty late when we got back and it did take a little bit to get a response from the host; but when the host replied we were able to get a spare key (we paid a fee of course via Zelle) pretty quickly and the host made sure to make sure we were all good! The room……

“We had a great stay! The hosts (and their dog) were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend!”
