“The Art Villa had plenty of room for our group and the house and cottages were clean. The appliances were all very nice and clean and worked well. The neighborhood was safe and we enjoyed walking around it. The back yard sitting areas had not been swept before we arrived (or after) and there was debris in all areas. The pool was never cleaned (debri in the pool as well) while we were there for 7 days, We did tell the person in charge about the pool and she was going to get in touch with the pool……

“Honestly everything stood out as fantastic! The host was phenomenal communicatingv with me. All the activities were so much fun at the house. Plenty of room for all of our guests. Easy location. Full control of the thermostat and super simple and easy check out instructions (I've stayed at other rentals that limit thermostat control and had us basically clean the whole house while still charging a large cleaning fee and this one absolutely did not!) If/ when we have another group activity this……
