  • Relax in this recently remodeled and upgraded two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in an oceanfront setting in Key Largo. Step onto your private balcony to enjoy water views, a pleasant backdrop for morning coffee or a quiet evening outdoors. With refreshed interiors and the convenience of two full bathrooms, this inviting condo offers a comfortable setting to settle in, spend time together, and enjoy the relaxed pace of island living.

    Included at no extra charge are free WiFi, Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Tennis equipment, Fishing rods & reels, snorkeling gear, bikes and free parking for up to 2 cars.

    Deep water dockage is available along with a boat ramp. Use of the boat ramp is free. Trailer parking is free.

    There are 3 pools, 3 beaches, 2 tennis courts, a playground, a 4 acre salt water lagoon with tropical fish that you may swim with and feed, a 1,000 foot jetty that extends into the ocean that you may fish from and see beautiful sunsets.

    We are surrounded, on 3 sides, by the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park with the best coral reefs in the United States. Just outside of our gated community is Dolphin Plus, where you may sam with dolphins. A block past Dolphin Plus are the Key Largo Fisheries & the Pilot House Restaurants. A half mile further is the intersection oF U.S. 1 and a shopping area that includes CVS, Walgreens, 9 restaurants, 3 banks, multiple dive shops, Jacobs Aquatic Park and many other stores. Being that we are over a mile from the main road, we are very quiet here. There are Dive, Snorkel, Glass Bottom & Rental boats available within a mile of us. 2 miles from us is Tradewinds Plaza with K-Mart, Publix and 25 more stores and restaurants. There are over 50 restaurants within 5 miles of us

Great place for vacation

Great relaxing place to stay. Beaches, pools, salt water lagoon to snorkel, kayaks….would definitely stay again.

Overall my experience was fine, but I will not be returning there. While there are pictures of the ocean, the ocean is walking distance. You cannot see the ocean from the unit. The amenities that we stayed here for were in disrepair. The bikes are left outside by the ocean so they are completely rusted, flat tires, broken components. The paddle board and kayaks were about the condition you would expect from a communal use item. Same with the fishing equipment. Indeed, I think this location is mostly for people who like to fish as that is what folks were doing. However, I only saw the pelicans catch anything. I wouldn't have said anything about the manager hovering, but the cleaning lady pestered me 4 times about leaving and cleaning and that's after running into us in person. I simply ignored her texts. It's not that we wouldn't or didn't leave the place clean, but you know you're the cleaning lady. Let me be on vacation, and you do your job. The unit itself was okay. In addition to not seeing the beach, there is considerable dust buildup on the ceiling. Additionally, we had to go out and buy our own toilet paper and paper towels. And the smoke detector started chirping the day we arrived. We asked the manager for a battery, which did not come. My partner ended up taking the smoke detector off the wall. Eventually, once we ran into the cleaning lady, we asked her for a battery, and she brought it. The experience was fine, but I wouldn't return.
