Unit is a smoke free, pet free unit with a beautiful view of the Marina and a peek of the Ocean. Recently purchased and remodeled this home is every vacationers dream. As one of Buttonwood Bay’s most highly sought after condo units, this marina front 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor unit will awe you as soon as you open the door, with no stairs in the unit, all areas are easily accessible. This completely remodeled unit will show you why Buttonwood Bay is Key Largo’s premier destination. This rare condo unit offers a renovated and updated kitchen with plenty of kitchen tools and gadgets for your chef. There is also a deck with outdoor dining perfect for watching the boats stroll in after a long day on the ocean. The main floor has an open concept living area with the kitchen overlooking the dining room (seats 6) and living room with a large flat screen TV. Off the main living area, you will find the master bedroom, with its own private bathroom, offering a queen size bed where you can kick up your feet and watch the boats go by on the marina. Not that you’ll ever get bored of the view, but just in case, there is also a flat screen TV and desk in the master. A second bedroom with a queen size bed is perfect for friends to visit comfortably. This bedroom has a fully updated bathroom as well. Buttonwood Bay is minutes from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, deep sea and flats fishing charters, or swimming with dolphins. The beautiful Florida Keys offer exceptional outdoor activities such as sport fishing, scuba diving, reef snorkeling, back water kayaking, paddleboarding, bike riding, and boating.
