SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
This abode comfortably sleeps up to six people. The primary bedroom offers a king bed with an ensuite bathroom that features a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a stand up shower. If you need space for two more people, there is a sleeper sofa downstairs for your convenience as well as a half bathroom. Both bedrooms include flat screen TVs.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Gated entryway and lush landscaped grounds boasts panoramic tropical garden views. Enjoy a large heated swimming pool that invites you to soak up the sun while relishing our island’s warm breeze. There is a clubhouse and a small fitness room (equipped with a treadmill. stationary bike and free weights) available to guests. The Key West Golf Course is just a minute away. For the boaters out there, this property is also centrally located around 3 different marinas.

Parking for 2 vehicles - No assigned parking, park as close to your unit as possible.

PETS...
No pets please.

Coral Hammock HOA-Rules & Regulations
· No boats, trailers, wave runners, motor homes, campers and/or buses allowed on site. (You must make other arrangements in advance at a local marina, etc)
· Vehicles may park only in designated parking spaces and may not park in the following areas of the association property: designated “fire lanes” or driveways.
· Boats, buses, campers, trailers, motor homes, recreation vehicles, mobile homes and commercial vehicles shall not be parked within the community.

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
