“The free parking (which was excellent) was confusing. In order to obtain a parking dongle, you had to check in but there was no where to park when you were trying to check in. Also, if you didn't return the parking dongle, you were charged $20 but you can't exit the parking garage without the dongle. Therefore, you have to exit the garage and find somewhere to park so you can return the dongle and finish checking out. They need to come up with a better method of enabling parking access.”

“The motel room and carpet needs to be cleaned more and the walls also need painting and the window above the kitchen sink needs new kitchen blinds. The curtains hanging in the front window and the rod that holds the curtains needs repair. “Convenient location, reasonably priced. Rooms were clean, updated. Magnifying mirror near sink did not work. I would have liked to have left bathroom light on and crack door to use bathroom in middle of night. However, it was fan/light combo only. Too noisy, so pack a night light to see your way around as table lights would have been too bright.
