“The TVs did not work. Facility is old”

“Room was clean, staff was very helpful and friendly, the bacon and sausage brand were not very good (seemed artificial meat) so we went elsewhere for breakfast which was a disappointment but overall it was a good experience and we plan to stay there again when needed!”

“Overall we had a good stay. We had an issue with an appliance but staff acted quickly and got us a new one as well as changed a lightbulb that we were not aware of.”

“The hotel smelled great as I walked in, like fresh laundry. It was decorated cheerfully & was welcoming. Front desk staff was friendly & efficient. I had completed some of my check in online, so jt was a breeze. The room looked clean at first glance, but hadnt been dusted. There was a towel smeared with red lipstick thrown beneath the sink. Bed & pillows were fluffy & comfortable. The grounds had cut wood for a bonfire, a nice picnic spot with a small grill, and cornhole boards. I didnt play……

“The motel room and carpet needs to be cleaned more and the walls also need painting and the window above the kitchen sink needs new kitchen blinds. The curtains hanging in the front window and the rod that holds the curtains needs repair. The chair in the room and the cabinet that holds a customer’s clothes needs to be replaced with a nicer chair and cabinet.”
