Bellamente diseñado y espacioso, condo de 2 ½ baños y 2 camas, con más de 1500 pies cuadrados. Pies de espacio habitable en dos niveles con vista al mar y al campo de golf. La ubicación y el lujo se combinan para hacer de este condominio de Wailea Ekolu un hogar perfecto lejos de casa. A solo minutos de algunas de las mejores playas de Maui, tiendas de alta gama, restaurantes populares y campos de golf de renombre mundial. Este hermoso condominio está bien equipado con todas las comodidades del hogar, hecho excepcional por las grandes vistas espectaculares del océano y las montañas del oeste de Maui, liderado por el hermoso campo de golf Wailea Blue. Más como una casa que un condominio, este es el plano de planta más grande que Wailea Ekolu tiene para ofrecer y una de las pocas unidades que tiene dos niveles. La configuración de dos pisos es perfecta para familias o amigos que viajan juntos. Ofrece una gran separación de espacio entre las áreas de vivienda principales del condominio y los dormitorios. Los pisos de arriba y abajo están conectados por una escalera central, pero también tienen sus propias entradas separadas, lo que facilita el acceso a cada nivel. Para la comodidad de nuestros huéspedes, también hemos agregado un nuevo sistema de aire acondicionado split arriba y en las dos habitaciones. El nuevo sistema tiene tres unidades de A / C, todas controladas por controles remotos, y se operan por separado para que los huéspedes puedan personalizar la temperatura en cada espacio para satisfacer sus necesidades. El nivel superior está bien diseñado para relajarse y entretenerse y cuenta con un plano de planta de una gran sala abierta con techos altos de catedral en las áreas de estar, comedor y cocina. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de alta gama y está completamente equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar comidas fabulosas. La cómoda sala de estar cuenta con un sofá cama tamaño queen de alta calidad para alojar huéspedes adicionales, un televisor de pantalla plana grande y un centro de entretenimiento. Perfecto para disfrutar de la brisa hawaiana, descansar con su café por la mañana o relajarse antes de acostarse. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king y baño en suite. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas queen y un baño de invitados en el pasillo. Tanto el baño principal como el de invitados cuentan con grandes duchas y lavabos. We didn’t realize the area that looked like an office was actually a closet with a desk and chair in it. House needs refreshing. Beds very high. This was our first experience staying with a VRBO property and We were very pleasantly surprised with the level of care and excellence and details in the condo. Not only was it spacious, we really appreciated having two levels to separate the sleeping quarters from the cooking/hanging out area. Kitchen was clean, free of pests, and had a helpful assortment of cooking, storage, and meal prep amenities. The comfortable beds and bedding, extra pillows, blankets, and towels made us feel at home. Loved the eclectic artwork as well as the excellent book and fun DVD selection. Wish we had more time to enjoy it all! Beach umbrellas, coolers, boogie board, and numerous beach chairs were very helpful. Quiet location never felt too far from beaches or a quick trip into Kihei. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking supplies. The most impressive was a rice cooker as we are Filipino and so rice is a staple in our meals. We came here with my parents and my sister and her family as a group of 7 which comfortably fit us all. The lanai on the first floor was perfect for morning coffee and solitude but not to be out done by the second floor lanai with views of the ocean and a perfect place for dinner and drinks. The grounds are peaceful with easy parking. The beds are soft and comfortable. The Host spared no detail as there are abundance of cleaning supplies, laundry soaps, towels, and beach gear, general vibe is Zen. Some things to consider staying here that can be challenging:1\. If you have physical barriers or wheel chair bound it is difficult to access the common area on second floor. My parents are in their 80s and although they still get around pretty well, the stairs in the condo are narrow and the steps riser height (the height of each step) is high. Use those rails and don’t rush! 2\. The location is a lil tricky to find but we were lucky to have a groundskeeper nearby to direct to the correct section of units. The view from the balcony was gorgeous with the whales in the ocean. The vip group was great with responding to all our comments and concerns. When we had an issue with the air conditioner they sent a repairman to fix it. There were lots of dvds and some puzzles/games to complete in the evenings. ##### Joanne G. The condo is spacious. Very nice place to stay. Couldn’t have been a better location ideally located between all the major sites and a short walk to great dining, shopping and beaches. Something for everyone. I loved the lanai. My little one loved the grassy knoll outside, my teen loved the proximity to the shops and cafes.
