With a full kitchen, comfortable living space, and balcony overlooking the ocean, it’s ideal for enjoying Maui’s natural beauty.This is the largest (1299 sq ft ) two-bedroom ‘C’ plan, built in The Palms with vaulted ceilings with huge picture window looking out over the ocean. Amazing views. Totally remodeled and upgraded. Our guests continue to let us know this is the most beautiful condo in the complex.Everything highest quality and brand new, extensive travertine and granite surfaces. Magnificent artwork. Ocean views from all main living spaces.The master bedroom has a new king-size bed and travertine bath, with separate travertine shower room with mother of pearl accent and 5 shower heads. The second bedroom has twin beds (can be made into king bed if prefer) and a full separate bathroom with tub and shower. Full size Washer/dryer in unit not the usual apartment size that will take only a couple of towels.. There is a large Lanai with gas grill, table and chairs for outdoor dining and entertaining, Wireless Internet in the condo and a new 42” Flat Screen TV, steps to beautiful pool, and spa. It's an easy walk to the luxury 'Shops at Wailea' and many fine restaurants. Five world-class golf courses and tennis club nearby. Walk to 3 of Maui's most beautiful beaches. This condo is nothing short of fabulous. The work and care that the owners have invested into the property is obvious and their attention to detail makes it as stunning on the inside as the ocean views on the outside. We felt like we were home, with all the amenities one could possibly need. From beach toys to towels to every kitchen item one could imagine, it was all there! What a gem! Lastly, I just want to mention that we had a few questions prior to arrival and during our stay and the owners could not have been more pleasant and helpful. How fortunate they are to have this piece of paradise and how lucky we are that they are willing to share it with us! A stay here is highly recommended! The spacious master bedroom has king size bed and entertainment center - master bath features a huge designer shower with 5 shower heads and mother of pearl floor and accents. The large private lanai includes table with 6 chairs for outside dining, sunning and a gas grill for cooking. The unit is across from the free-form pool and relaxing jacuzzi featuring additional covered space for entertaining. Located near Wailea's gorgeous golf courses, the Shops at Wailea and walking distance to all major Wailea hotels. This is an upscale neighborhood and the unit is beautifully merchandised and tastefully appointed to please the most discerning vacationers. Concierge services. Every convenience is available. Some of the pots and pans are tired, and carpet in living room needs replacing but overall the condo is very nice. The condominiums were beautiful, and the landscaping throughout the area was truly picture perfect. The ocean view was breathtaking—we spent hours relaxing on the lanai, just soaking in the scenery.The inside of the condo was just as impressive. It felt homey yet open and airy, which made it the perfect space to unwind. The only thing I wish it had was a lock on the master bedroom door, especially since it includes a walk-in bathroom—but honestly, that was a small detail in an otherwise gorgeous space.Bonnie was wonderful to work with. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and everything was well-communicated. The location is also fantastic—close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing.The pool area was serene and beautifully maintained. Our kids couldn’t get enough and asked to go every single day! We stayed at this property for just over a week. It was just as advertised. Lots of room for our family, well stocked and comfortable. We had beautiful sunsets from the large living room window. The lanai was a relaxing place to enjoy a drink or morning coffee. The location was excellent, close to so many amazing beaches. The owners were very helpful and organized. Didn't have any issues while staying there. The pool is located close by and is in very good shape. The grounds are very well kept up and beautiful. We enjoyed our time at the condo. Well stocked. Owner was very responsive. Pool ia a bit small and has lots of kids when we were there. Very poor lighting and signage, makes it hard to find when you arrive late. Limited ocean view and the balcony gets hot in the afternoon as it faces west. About a ten minute walk to Keawakapu beach. A car rental is a good idea as it's not in walking distance of much. Needs a few upgrades but all in all quite comfortable. Everything was as advertised, comfortable and clean! Bathroom sinks had toothpaste, toilets had urine and hair, and even some left behind their fairy strands from their hair. The carpets were not vacuumed and we even had the luxury of getting stabbed in the foot with a pin. The grill was NOT cleaned. Extra towels and bedding were dumped into a basket, rather than folded nicely indicating they could have been used and not washed between guests. The guest bath shower curtain is growing mold nicely. There are plenty of supplies for the kitchen and beach. It is a short walk to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. I love the large lanai and pass through kitchen. The master is large and comfortable. The second bedroom of two twins is great for kids, however the entire complex has only shuttered doors on the 2nd bedroom so sound travels both ways.
