While the staff was very helpful and thing were clean, one of the queen beds had a poor mattress with a groove from a single sleeper on one side. They do not have either a refrigerator or a microwave in their rooms and no chair with ottoman.

Travel to Ithaca a couple times a year and usually stay in one of the chain hotels in the city. But this most recent trip, I chose this lovely inn, as all of the usual spots were either booked or were priced out of my range for the level of accommodations. And my wife and I enjoyed our time very much.. Comfortable and charming. Definitely recommend it and hope to return. The Dempsey Suite was a great choice.

I was thoroughly impressed y the staff, their courteous attitude and service were excellent. I was impressed by the quality of service and kindness. The amenities were great and the staff were super helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend to everybody!!

Overall hotel was ok, breakfast was terrible and pool couldn’t use it looks really dirty and it’s pretty small.. bathroom shower was really slow, room was clean but has smell.. For a 1-2 nights is ok..
