"We got to the property late and the doors were closed. Took me awhile to figure out I needed to call 0 to be let in. Place did not smell pleasant. Room was clean but had a musty smell. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. I asked for more and there was none available. No towels in the room. We had to walk downstairs to the front desk to get some. Would never stay there again. I guess if you just want somewhere very basic to lay down for a night it works."

"We stayed in a suite and a regular double occupancy room. Both were exceptionally clean. The two staff members at the front desk were friendly and competent and took care of all the details. The gym could be improved with some free weights. The pool and hot tub were warm and inviting. The underground parking seemed limited and there was a lot of dust due to the renovation."

"Hotel is lovely!! Central to Tim’s which is a bonus. Exterior of hotel is great, but when you walk around it’s not really ideal. I have a dog so really needed more sidewalks. The trails are nearby but not ideal for me at this time. The staff are lovely. Lorene checked me in and Maria checked me out. Loved them and they were so helpful. Alex and the lady from housekeeping really helped me with the shower as it’s a funny thing to start unless you have used the style faucet before. My room was very large, comfortable and clean. Very nice for me and my puppy. No rugs!! So happy to see that except I should have brought slippers. I would definitely stay here again!"
