"No kettle in the room for boiling water for tea and no kettle available from lobby to borrow. Lobby coffee machine doesn't make a good tasting coffee (it's weak and tastes artificial)."

"We absolutely love the Holiday Inn Express and had such a great stay. The staff was, without a doubt, the friendliest we’ve ever experienced at any hotel. Angela, who helped us at check-in, had such a warm and welcoming personality. She is exactly the kind of person any business would want as the first point of contact for their guests. Having the pool and hot tub open until 11 PM was a huge bonus. The water was warm, relaxing, and the perfect way to unwind. Breakfast was also excellent, and both ladies working in the breakfast area were incredibly friendly and attentive. Our room and the whole hotel was clean. Thank you to Brittany in housekeeping because we arrived to a clean fresh room. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back!"

"I’d imagine a good family ski resort in season, good restaurants and bars. We stayed out of ski season and felt it was slightly limited compared to other resorts."

"-Door was awkard to use(Bathroom doors should swing into the bathroom so they are out of the way) -Coffee and tea was supplied but had nothing to stirring with, i had to use the rooms pen -key/light system is no good,,,if I leave then the other person has no lights Other than that"

"Aside from a squeaky shower head and a small improvement that could be made to the breakfast, everything was great. The hotel was very clean, and I love that the rooms now have flooring instead of carpet — it really makes the space feel fresher and cleaner."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel and extremely clean! Staff is very kind as well. Perfect location close to all the good restaurants. Only downside is there are no amenities, other than that it was a perfect stay and gorgeous hotel."
