“The Barcelo Istanbul hotel applies to all the standards and regulations that belong to a 5* hotel.. The hotel is located north-west of Taksim Square (450 meter) and within walking distance of e.g. Istiklal street and to the north you will find the Dolmabahçe Palace. Check-in was quick. "The room is spacious and artistically decorated, providing a pleasant stay. The hotel owner is very kind and prepares coffee for you, adding a personal touch to the experience. Breakfast is provided, and the hotel is within walking distance (8-10 min) from the Metro station. Additionally, there is a lift, so you don't need to worry about carrying your luggage upstairs. However, the roads in Taksim are generally rough and bumpy, and the curtains could be improved to better block the light from the street lamps."
