“Apologize that I have to leave a bad comment for this hotel.
When I check-in around 17:00 at the reception. My booking is 2 people for 2 nights which I showed the booking her. She marked my booking no. then talking very fast that I cannot get the meaning. Later, she gave me 1 door card. I said we are 2 people here and should have 2 cards. She blaimed me that "I asked you that are you travel alone and you say yes. Then I give you 1 card. Anyway, I can give you another one.". ”
