The location is a 10 out of 10. In the middle of the center, restaurants, shops and supermarkets and a gym just within 100 meter. However the appartments are just in desperate need of renovation. The renovation should have started 2 years ago but the large appartements I stayed in where in really bad state. Showers, floor, cleanness are not op to standards. The price is fairly high so one might expect better conditions. Staff is really helpfull and friendly. I stay there often because of the space and location.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Check was slow - long line and only 1 person at the desk. Lovely view from the 18th floor. Unit needs maintenance - spots on the carpet, shower walls were peeling.

A few thoughts to help. A studio suite should be give you some amenities. Paper towels, tissues, large glasses, large coffee mugs seem to be normal expectations. The fans provided (no AC) were either noisy or on a two hour timer so I got up to reset it through the night. The location was central to shops and restaurants in the area.

Young guy at check-in was very efficient and helpful....corner studio apartment on the 7th floor was really nice.....great views and plenty of living space.....fittings and equipment are all hi-specification (Allesi...Miele...etc). Location couldn't be better...handy for all the shops and a supermarket, all less than 3 minutes walk from the building entrance. Great feature to have a laundry room in the building which is cheap to use....and you don't need to buy detergent! Definitely will stay there again....oh, nearly forgot, half the daily cost of Citizen M nearby and with 10 times bigger room!!

The hotel is in a great location for transit and shopping. The rooms are generally clean but very dated. Studio 108 on the 5th floor has the toilet and shower in two separate areas. Both are in bad need of repair. This room is also very noisy as the tram is right outside. There are much better hotels in the same general area. I would not recommend this property,

Rooms are very large, spacious and comfortable. Very central to everything you need, shopping, food. Having laundry available is handy. Full kitchen is great for making breakfast as nothing opens early in Rotterdam. Rooms are not well maintained. There are cracks in the floor, bathrooms and toilets are not good at all. The apartments need a lot of work to improve them. Showers are weak. I had to switch rooms because the shower was cold. The staff were very accommodating in changing me to a new room and while the shower was better there were issues with other things. Beds are very average. They are two singles pushed together with a thin Mattress across the top but you still fall in the crack of the bed as the mattress topper is not thick enough to hold any normal size person so you might aswell stay sleeping on one side.
