餐具清潔度很差。
地毯上有髒汙餅乾屑。
冰箱有殘留未食用完畢的起司。
沒有足夠的衛生紙。
最誇張的是，我們全家人都是沒有抽菸的人，公寓居然以"發現了吸煙的痕跡，包括香煙殘骸和濃重的煙味"沒收我的保證金。
如果你要在鹿特丹住宿，千萬不要選擇這間

Sehr gemütlich und großzügig eingerichtet, viel Platz. Küche ist ausreichend eingerichtet. Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Etwas sauberer könnte sein, vor allem Geschirr.
