"Dated hotel with very uncomfortable beds. Everything seems a bit run down from the rooms to the communal areas. The breakfast wasn't the worst I've had but it also wasn't good either. Please add either smaller salt/pepper shakers or individual packets as using the giant Kirkland wasn't the best for adding on top of eggs. I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again but it also was better for price than a lot of hotels in the area. The hot tub was also closed for our stay, which was disappointing."

"Room especially the tub/shower were not clean. Full of someone else’s hair. Toilet not cleaned. You set your expectations fairly low for the breakfasts at these sites but this was generally less than others. No real variety, often empty. Only fruit option were apples in the fridge. Maybe consider somewhere else?"

"We booked a 2-night stay at this hotel based on recommendations and paid around $550 total, which was significantly more expensive compared to other hotels in the same city. We expected that paying more would come with better quality and a better overall experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case at all. The rooms are very outdated and everything felt old and worn out. The AC was not working properly during our first night, which made the stay uncomfortable. When we requested extra blankets, we were told they only had one left. The beds were also very uncomfortable and did not provide a good night's sleep. The breakfast experience was probably the most disappointing and strange hotel breakfast experience we have ever had. Honestly, they should remove "breakfast included" from the package because it is misleading. There were very limited food options, and guests were not allowed to serve themselves. Instead, staff controlled portions and provided very small quantities — for example, only two pieces of bacon, two pieces of sausage, and a small amount of scrambled eggs, To make things even worse, on the second day (a weekend), the food had already run out around 9:40 AM even though breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 AM. When we asked why there was no food left, the staff simply responded that they would be closing soon and started removing whatever food remained around 9:50 AM. That was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Overall, this stay was nowhere nea"
