“I love the motel is pet-friendly. Our room was a few steps from parking. The staff was the best. Allen, who ran the breakfast room, was extremely conscientious, kept the tables sparkling and the breakfast is beyond the ordinary "Continental." Front desk staff was also great. A very good, fun 3-day stay with our Lab puppy. The SOMD RenFest was fun!”

“ Breakfast was advertised but there was none. Renovations & upgrades are obviously in progress and hallway & room were clean with new carpets & fresh paint. Bathtub & sink area molding & caulking were old & need replacement. Price reflected a minimum of amenities, but advertising breakfast & not even providing coffee was unacceptable. If there was a temporary reason why breakfast was not provided, the Mgr. should have told us when we checked in & we would not have been disappointed in the……

“This Hotel is horrible! It looks as if it hasn’t been updated in 30 years. Carpets are all stained, bedding was stained, hair in the sheets, secondary security lock was broken on the inside of the door. People were smoking cigarettes and marijuana as you could smell it everywhere. It was like 100 room trap house. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, after all she doesn’t own the place she just works there. They charged me $50 to cancel my stay. This place needs torn down so a decent……

“The location and the view were amazing! Such an abundance of wildlife! Deer, heard a fox, and the birds! Heron, ducks, geese, bluebirds, eagles- and as we were leaving found the eagle nest, next to the house as they came screeching in. Beautiful dark sky for star gazing. The house is good, beds comfy, had all the amenities and supplies. Struggled a bit with the wall heaters ended up using the portable heaters. It was a cold weekend. “Very beautiful Inn. The rooms are very clean and quiet. There are lots of sitting areas on the property, and a pier that you can walk out on to view the bay. The breakfast was wonderful. There is a small bar downstairs, but we weren't sure if it was in operation. The check-in was a bit awkward. Hotels.com had listed that I would receive an email from the Inn within 5 days of my reservation. I never received an email from the Inn, so I emailed them and didn't hear back.
