"We were in town visiting family and this VRBO was great! The home was easy to find, check-in was a breeze and the listing was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and the property was clean. We had a handwritten personal note and some chocolates from the host upon arrival, which was a nice touch. This property has plenty of extras too — “in case you forgot” boxes, stocked household items (dish soap, paper towels, laundry soap, etc.), games, pool floats, kayaks, life vests, and much more! We had an issue at the house with a circuit breaker getting tripped. The host answered my text immediately and helped us fix the problem. There are no crazy rules or any cumbersome requirements for check-out. We would 100% stay here again if we were in the area. "

Communication with Moe is on point. He was available to and answered each time I had a question or comment. This house is in a prime location on the main strip. There is plenty of on site parking in the back yard. This was my first time visiting Colonial Beach and I will return with my family, I hope this home is available for when I return.
