"My husband and I really enjoyed the Onsen, if it is your first onsen it's a great place to start if you've never done one."

"Very good value for money stay in a reliable brand hotel. We chose the hotel as we knew we weren’t going to be around much to enjoy or relax in it - hence we did not mind it not having a spa / pool / sauna facility. It is well located at Tennoji station with retro shinsekai foodie area with best knife shop, Osaka museum of fine arts & the zoo within 10 minute walk, and the tram line out to one of the shrines in the station below. It is in one of the tallest buildings in Osaka, so we had great views over the city from our city view room (recommend choosing this option, albeit hotel starts at 19th floor so all rooms would likely have a good view). It is also convenient as has one of the large department stores in the same building."

"The is the best boutique style hotel I have stayed in it is close enough to the bustling Osaka however also in a quieter block for a good nights sleep. The hotel has a lovely restaurant downstairs and bar area. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom quite a good size and also freshly renovated and provide all that is required."

"The hotel is in a good location for train access and close to main attractions, Kuromon Market (across the street), Dotonbori (15 minutes walk) and Shinsekai (one train stop away). Universal Studios is a 30 minute train ride away. There is also a Lawson’s very close to the hotel and the Namba Walk (Underground shopping mall) that connects to the subway. The rooms are standard size for Japan and it was an efficient use of space. The bathroom was spacious and had a separate shower and tub, large counter and shelves. There is an AC unit in the room that made the room cold for the hot summer days. The staff was friendly and check-in and check-out was easy. We were only allowed one key card for my family for the room which made things inconvenient if we were not all going out together and you need a key card to access the your floor. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others to stay."

"Breakfast is only included for one person when booking not for an extras person. The food is alright . If you have picky eaters ( kids ). I’ll recommend you , just to go buy food outside or buy a one day breakfast to give it a try , instead of paying for your whole duration in advance."
