“This was a very nice property at a reasonable price. Nice neighborhood, secure enclosed garage. Although we did not use the kitchen, it was well stocked and clean. King size bed was very comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect location. Our host, John was very prompt on responding to my questions. “Great Access to Kirkwood. The location is great, just a short walk from the slopes. The property was very nice a spacious but needs a few details. We discovered that many of the utensils were dirty in the drawers. It would be great to have a little information on the TV system. We were unable to get it to work and the DVD player appeared to be broken, the drawer would not open. There was a large pile of ashes, I am guessing from the fire place, dumped on the deck so we were unable to use……

“The space was perfect for our 3 nights with 1 adult and 2 teenagers. Check in, check out instructions were clear. The room was clean. You have to understand that the comfort of a murphy bed is not the same as a standard bed. That said, the beds were solid and comfortable for what they are. “This condo is in a great location. Only downside is the building itself is very dirty and horrible smell at elevator entrance in the parking garage. Inside the condo was nice but the inside temperature got a stifling 86! No air conditioning however they do provide ample fans in most of the rooms. The bad thing about the fans is that they were extremely dirty so you had dust flying through out rooms. One of the showers was so dirty and moldy, the microwave handle was broken which made it……
