The rooms are clean and staff is courteous. Especially Randy who works in the activities room Thurs-Sun. He is great to talk to and has a lot of information! Some rooms appear to be updated while others are outdated, but clean!

Skiing is great but the resort is very subpar for a Vail partner resort. Hopefully things will get better because Kirkwood has enormous potential but ultimately the facilities and atmosphere are a huge let down.
