“This studio was very close to my grandson at CWRU. Being close to him was very convenient. The studio itself was very clean but the hallways and stair landings had dead bugs and the windows were covered in cobwebs. The shower door would not stay closed. We put a towel over the door to keep it mostly closed. We told the owner and got a $25 amazon gift card. Stairs are narrow and creaky but that is expected in a older building. Because of the closeness to my grandson, I would stay there again.”

Drive is very narrow & backing out is treacherous, esp at the bottom where it angles. Parking on the street & walking up drive to rear entrance much better. Need a key to enter the front of the building to get to keypad of the apt. Location great as many small cafes, shops, bakery nearby (walking distance) & close to Clevand Clinic by car. It was within walking distance to many restaurants.However, I was not notified until the morning of arrival that street parking would be a MAJOR challenge.
