Limosa Luxury 2 neighbour residences are brand new 2-bedroom 2-floor holiday properties with instant access to the beach, located in a very quiet spot of Kissamos town, being ideal for couples, families or friends, offering the perfect opportunity to relax, enjoy the Cretan sea, eat delicious local food and explore the nearby exotic beaches of Balos, Falassarna and Elafonissi. Since they are very near to the center of a small town and only 300m away from the organized beach, Limosa Residences provide a sense of high-level mood and efficiency. They offer large and sunny spaces decorated with really special taste and quality and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. Entering the ground floor of each residence, visitors will find a spacious living room with 2 sofa beds. In the same floor there are the dinning area and a big kitchen, fully ergonomic and high quality equipped. Finally there is an extra bathroom for each living-room's area use and also sufficient outdoor balconies. On the 1st floors there are 2 autonomic big bedrooms (with private bathrooms), which are equipped with king size double and 2twin beds respectively, large hypoallergenic mattresses and pillows and branded linnen. The open-air balconies are offered for romantic meals and moments of relaxation. Visitors can feel totally safe since the whole outside residence area is protected by contemporary alarm systems. At the center of Limosa Residences complex a swimming pool with free-use umbrellas and sunbeds, are waiting for you to enjoy the Cretan sun. The surrounding area is very peaceful, but still next to beach, shopping, restaurants and cafes, guaranteeing a unique holiday experience.

It was great!

We were a group of 12 young people and we were really happy about our stay: the place is great, the houses are clean and you are provided with everything you could ask for! The staff is also very helpful and always available. We would definitely recommend it!
