Wonderful villa

We had a fabulous 2 week family holiday in this villa. Peaceful location with amazing sea views and easy access to local restaurants and amenities. The villa had everything we needed and the hosts were extremely responsive to any queries we had.

A fine villa. Car required, but hosts able to recommend. With a little research it is possible to escape the tourist traps and see real Cyprus.

Perfect stay

The location of the villa is perfect. It’s a lovely mix of a quiet, tranquil location in easy reach of amenities. Lisa has put a lot of thought and care into the decor and guest comfort. The welcome pack and information on local activities and restaurants is really great. Would fully recommend.

Truly fabulous!

We have stayed in several different villas in Cyprus but this was by far the best. From the moment you opened the front door and were greeted by the amazing view, the lovely welcome pack, beautiful finishes and decor to the balcony watching the sunset over the sea everything was just perfect. The villa is very well equipped, beautifully clean and has a super comfy bed. The location is great and within walking distance to everything you need. Lisa and Felix were super hosts and we can't wait to go back next year!

A great vacation

The house was very clean, we enjoyed the swimming pool in the nice sun of Cyprus and the fantastic seaview together with the sound of the waves. It was unforgettable.

Fantastic

Have just booked our 3rd visit to this perfect villa. The sea view is absolutely stunning, it takes your breath away. A great location, quiet but with easy access to Coral Bay & Paphos. Some lovely restaurants within walking distance, our favourites bring Sonny’s & Sea You Beach Bar. There was an excellent welcome pack on arrival & the abundance of local information provided was really helpful. Well equipped, spacious & clean with a lovely pool & bbq. Can’t wait to return, thank you Lisa x

Wonderful villa

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, it’s was a perfect location with everything we needed. The villa was as we hoped, modern, upto date, everything was great, more than enough for a family of 4, plenty of space. We would love to come back soon and have recommended the villa to friends. Very nice villa at fantastic location

We had a wonderful two-week vacation in this lovely villa that is compact but has everything you need. You are literally feeling the sea that is only 20 meters away from the property. As always Lisa de property manager was very attentive to our needs. From all the villas we've rented in Paphos this is our favourite. We're sure we will come back.

Fantastic villa and exactly as described in the listing. Peaceful and quiet with wonderful views and a short distance to all amenities. Clean and tidy with a much appreciated welcome pack when we arrived. After a nightmare journey of cancelled flights and hastily re-booked airline and route, it was a huge relief to finally arrive at the perfect location and relax. Thank you Lisa 😁

Exceptional.

Had a fabulous week in this beautiful villa. The location is perfect & it had all the facilities we required. It was spotlessly clean and the welcome pack provided on arrival was a god send after arriving late. We hired a car through the car company the hosts recommended and it was an excellent service from those to. I would highly recommend an automatic car if you stay at this villa as the road down is very steep and we’d of struggled in a manual car. Would definitely return.

Family trip to Cyprus for a wedding

Great location, clean & well equipped villa. Beautiful views from back garden. Pool was a little cool but not surprising this early in the year. Arrived late at night to a lovely welcome supply of basic provisions. Lisa also recommended a great local car hire company who collected us from the airport & had our car waiting at the villa. Perfect stay - would highly recommend 😊

The best by the sea !

Beautiful property right by the sea . Quiet, clean . Good functioning kitchen . Close to grocery stores .Close to attractions. Owner very helpful and prompt to respond . Beach right next door . Great walking path right by the villa. Felt very safe . Definitely worth a stay and explore Cyprus . Beautiful island !

Absolutely perfect little villa, location wise the best we have stayed in, the view over the sea every morning was fantastic. End of the garden is a path that you can walk around to other bays. Pool was great, Villa was perfect size for us. Lisa was easy to get hold of before arriving, sending us the instructions on how to find the villa etc. Would definitely stay again if its available for our time off. Many thanks

Amazing Stay

We have just had a fabulous weeks stay at this amazing villa. The view was out of this world. Lisa was absolutely fantastic answering all our questions and directing us to the villa perfectly. We also used the car hire recommended by Lisa and again we couldn’t fault them, Michael was helpful and the price was very reasonable. All in all a fantastic holiday, we will definitely be rebooking. Stayed here door our Sins wedding. Could not fault anything. All perfect as described. We had a car but also used buses and taxis. Perfect location for both Paphos and Coral Bay. Great communication from Lisa! Loads of bars and restaurants locally. Pool and outside areas well tended. Thanks for making our stay great.

Perfect Family Getaway

From the moment we enquired about the villa, Lisa was so quick to respond and answer all of our questions and that continued throughout our stay when we needed advice on supermarkets and how to combat local bugs! As soon as we arrived we were struck by the stunning views and the tranquillity that surrounded the property. The fridge was already stocked with essentials (which was amazing) and the villa itself was very clean and well equipped with all the modern amenities. Each room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor pool was fantastic, really clean and warm and there was plenty of seating areas to enjoy the sunshine and shade. The location was perfect, offering both privacy and easy access to the nearby beach (and local town by car). I can't recommend this villa enough for a family.

Enjoyable stay

A front line to the sea villa with wonderful view across the bay to Coral Bay. The area was very quiet and peaceful and only a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The pool area sheltered from winds from most directions, even though it was on the sea front, enabling us to sit out even in the evening in November and December. It was ideally located only a short drive from Coral Bay and Paphos. We were disappointed as it was winter and the sun set behind high ground so no sunsets were visible from the villa.

clean and airy villa

Villa was clean and well equipped and good information provided. Comfy bed. Views beautiful. A little on the cold side for the pool unsurprisingly at the end of March but we managed a swim nonetheless. As vegetarians we had great food at Meraki Market Cafe and also at Sunset Breeze Restaurant, where we were made to feel very welcome. Good trips out to Kourion archaeological site and Tombs of the Kings (and previously went to Neo Paphos - well worth a visit) and a fabulous walk around Akamas Peninsula. Thank you Lisa for your support whilst we were staying at your villa.
