Upgrades for 2025 included 2 New King Beds (formerly Queens) and one New Queen Bed (formerly 2 Singles).

Your family will love this semi-oceanfront home located close to the beach and offering beautiful ocean views! Enjoy your next Outer Banks family vacation in this well-equipped and nicely furnished vacation home with an open floor plan for all to enjoy.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport with a picnic table, gas grill and an enclosed outside shower.

Mid Level: Entry level. King Master Bedroom with a smart TV and private bathroom, Queen Bedroom with a smart TV, full hall bathroom and a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Open great room with a smart TV and deck access, kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining room seating 6+, half bath and a King Bedroom (no closet, wardrobe provided).

Extras: 3 TVs, high speed internet, Keurig and standard coffee makers, picnic table, gas grill, outside shower, sun decks, deck swing, parking for 4-5 vehicles, Sanderling community pool and tennis, and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. Dogs Welcome. Full week rentals only. House Address: 112 Bunting Lane. Beds: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Bunk Sets. Distance to beach access: 165'. Key Type: Keyless entry. CHECK IN LOCATION: 1213-C Duck Road, Duck Office.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Family vacation

We really liked the house-it was close to the ocean and easy to travel around the area. It had all the amenities we could ask for - only snag was a car ride 5-8 minutes depending on traffic) away from the pool. It was not within the community. But it was a great facility.
