AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
stayed here for work, only room left available was a "superior suite" arrived at the property which is in a very remote area (which was nice but also left nothing to do) checked in to find my "suite" had been forcibly downgraded to a twin room, after i'd checked in i went straight for dinner because the restaurant was due to close at 9pm (food was very average as well, i'm 1/4 Italian and the italian cuisine here was tasteless and small im portion size, very disappointing). So i went to reception to find novody in sight, by 9.30 the only people left in the building were the guests, no bar open, no night porter (one was available on whatsapp) nobody..
So next day again nobody on reception until 4pm! Spoke to the lady in the spa reception as the note left on the main reception asks and quizzed why my room had been foricbly downgraded, understandably she couldn't do much as it was not her department but tried to explain I hadn't booked a suite and that one wasnt even available that night. So this makes me think this was done on purpose so I showed my reservation and was promised a phone call to explain why I had paid the price of a suite for an inferior room, at the time of writing im still waiting for that phone call, these people are thieves, the room was also filthy, poorly maintained water pressure in the shower just randomly drops and nobody to speak to, needless to say i didnt stay the second night I had booked, I drove home instead, wont be back
