Lovely “cabin-style” apartment - convenient location, very close to Liverpool city centre.

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

Room was not cleaned at all, floors completely unswept, stains on the chair and sofa. All the kitchen cupboards had been left wide open. And there was a stench of stale smoke in the room. Beds had the cheapest, most uncomfortable mattresses, and one of the beds had clearly been broken as there was a large dip in the middle, the bed wasn't made at all. They did try moving me to a different property, However that was without AC and was immediately above a busy loud bar that had the music coming through the floor, so much so that I could feel it. All in all, very unpleasant experience and unprofessional service. They were relatively quick to respond to my complaints, however were not able to find a solution that suited.
