"It was all ok except the breakfast- the sausage were old, dry, and tasteless, the eggs were mushy and watery, the coffee was lukewarm when available but usually empty, and the fruit was bruised and old. Really disappointing. The desk staff and the housekeeping staff were really nice."

"It’s supposed to be “secure” facility, but we noticed that the staff had a habit of leaving gates open ( so they can come in and out without swiping their card). We’ve seen hotel staff enter and/or exit supposedly secure gates and leave it open. It’s supposed to be secured shut and can only be accessed by the room card. Perhaps, retraining or a refresher on safety is in order?"
