Loved our ground floor bedroom overlooking the marina. It was lovely waking up and taking a stroll throughout the property’s grounds and trails leading up to breathtaking views of the bay. One frustrating thing though wa their lack of towels in the swimming pool and bathroom. It took us two separate visits to the lobby and we still didn’t have towels! We ended up staying inside the pool for a while, waiting on maintenance to bring in more towels, and they never showed! It took a good 30 minutes for them to give us towels, for our room and pool. We also didn’t have a toilet paper replacement in the room, ended up using Kleenex. Unacceptable.

The facility is beautiful. I was greeted warmly as soon as my UBER pulled up to the entrance. The check in was fast and easy (thank you Gianfranco for remembering me and being so kind) the room was beautiful and spotless. The bed and linens were so nice and comfortable. My partner got a fantastic massage and spa treatment, she always tells me the spa and the people who work there are amongst the best she has ever encountered, and she is a self described “spa junkie”. The fact that we can enjoy a resort like experience with a beautiful pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, gym and spa at the foot of the Oakland/Berkeley hills is really fantastic. The housekeeping and support staff are likewise great, warm and always available for any last minute requests like a vase for flowers. I love the Claremont and we will be back for sure. 5 stars all the way.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse-turned-hotel, beautifully modernized and thoughtfully renovated while preserving all of its original character. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special—a gifted bottle of wine and heated bathroom floors in our spacious, well-appointed room were thoughtful touches that set the tone perfectly. The staff were genuinely warm, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The location is ideal, nestled perfectly between Napa and Yountville, making it an excellent home base for exploring the valley. The morning pastries were a standout—fresh, flaky, and reminiscent of a French boulangerie. Overall, the property delivers true hospitality at its finest and is a refreshing alternative to chain hotels, offering an authentic Napa experience from start to finish.

Very private with a nice relaxing environment. Great location without street noise

My husband and I hadn’t stayed at Hotel Yountville in years but we just enjoyed a 3 night stay for my birthday. The location is walkable to any shop or restaurant in town. Our room was lovely and spacious with French doors opening out to a small private courtyard. Also- The staff are great.! Super friendly and engaging from check in to the servers at the onsite restaurant, Heritage Oak. The breakfast is very good and the presentation is equally impressive. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel!
