Sleepy Station - Hostel

Karon

10/10 Excellent

My first time at a hostel and it was amazing! The beds are enclosed with plywood, so you are in your own mini cubicle and have a very private feeling! No one is staring at you when you sleep lol. They had the A/C set to 23 degrees. Each room (mine slept 6 people) also has their own private bathroom. It has a western toilet, sink, and hot water shower. The beds are hard (typical in Thailand). The blanket was a nice, soft, medium weight; white blanket. There was also a full size pillow as...

We stayed at the property in July 2019 for the first night of a 9 day trip to Phuket. We were expecting to move into another accommodation, but our kids liked being at Nonnee so much, we stayed almost our entire time in the area at the property. It was low season- and we had the property much to ourselves, but it was great. It's a short motorbike to Kata, Kata Noi or Karon beaches & the Kata Night Market. They even shuttled us many of the days. This is a modern property and kept very clean. ...

Quite possibly, the best hostel I’ve stayed in! The staff is so kind, helpful, and accommodating. From a pre-booking tour of the property to identifying the locations of various Sino-Portuguese buildings in the area - the staff was ready and willing to help. I stayed in a 4 bunk, female dorm. Our room had its own private bathroom with shower in addition to use of the other bathrooms. Bathroom was spotless and came with shampoo, soap, and adjustable water temperature. Huge bunk space (especially...

I would highly recommend this place.I really enjoyed my stay here. The hostel felt very safe and clean, with a friendly atmosphere that made it easy to meet other travelers. The location is super convenient – walkable to shops, dining options, and local attractions. The staff were kind and always ready to help, which made me feel at home.During my stay, the hostel also organized a fun Thai dessert activity where we learned how to make Bua Loy (sweet rice dumplings). It was such a unique...
