It was terrible. So much debris. Someone needs to be out there cleaning that daily. Property is too beautiful to have a beach that full of trash. "

"I stayed in the villa rooms with the private pool. The room was spectacular the best hotel room I have stayed in. The staff and customer service was 5 stars. They were very helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make my birthday special. Staff were polite and friendly. Great getting around the resort on the buggy’s and the food was also nice and a wide variety to chose from. Nice sandy beaches. Cab fair on the GRAB app very cheap and not to far from patong beach. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I would visit again"

"Food was okay, rain comes into the hallways outside our door and stayed wet every time it rained. They need to block the openings by the room so no one slips and falls. They did block the rainfall by the elevators in another area. It’s an open concept so it needs slip and fall protection. Everything else was good. Beautiful hotel, I would stay again. Deepest Pool is 3 to 4 feet. "

"Great stay. Had pool room with beautiful ocean views. We went in low season so not sure if that room would be wise in the busy season as the room was near the pool bar, and poolside, but we absolutely loved it and the staff were great "
