“The cabin was absolutely beautiful and cozy. The appliances appeared to be new and everything worked perfectly. It was also very nice that essentials like coffee filters trash bags kitchen supplies laundry detergent were all provided. The cabin is located in a neighborhood but felt private and secluded from the back porch which overlooks Island lake. We usually stay at a remote cabin but I now prefer a place like this due to the convenience to the harbor and restaurants. This cabin will be at……

“We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It is very spacious, well stocked and in a great location. We watched the otters play from the shoreline. There was a pair of golden eagles nesting in the tree next door. They were on a stump right outside the back door on our last morning. ”

“Lovely stay at Flying Bear.The two story townhouse was spacious, comfortable, and stocked with all the necessities for an enjoyable stay.Host was attentive and responded quickly to questions.It’s about a mile out of town, good walk on a nice day, but about 10 taxi on rainy days. Don’t use Uber or Lyft on the island, easily 3x more expensive than an old-fashioned cab.Recommend!”

“Nice little get away spot. View was beautiful, beds and shower comfortable. We would have benefited from a pearing knife to cut our bagel and apple. One other suggestion is a taller faucet in one of the sinks to better wash dishes and fill water bottles. Great spot! I would highly recommend!”
