Superb view of Mt. Fuji on the top floor. Room was clean and spacious with ample amenities. Delicious breakfast included with the room. All staff were polite and friendly, but only the receptionist spoke English. Downsides are the price which was really expensive despite the spectacular view, and the hotel location which was quite a distance from the train station.

Very clean and cosy place. Got a nice Fuji Mt view. Breakfast is good. Got shuttle to the station in the morning as well.

The traditional Japanese room was comfortable and clean. Great location as it was a short walk to the lake and about 15 min walk from the train station. Great breakfast. Would stay there again.

We stayed in a modern Japanese room. Very understated but roomy and comfortable. The view of Mt Fuji is memorising . Hotel staff extremely helpful and multilingual. Courtesy van 3 times in the morning to Station. Would stay again.
