A warm place made with love. My wife and i stayed here for 3 days. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The staff were the nicest, making our stay very enjoyable.

I have stayed here 3 times for over a total of 20 days. This is not a fancy resort but a comfortable place to stay in Lipa Noi and right in the beach. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I have already planned to come back for a fourth time!

I have stayed at this property two times now and would come again another time. It is not a fancy resort but is a nice, clean place to stay right on the beach with a friendly staff and good restaurant. There are also several other restaurants within walking distance and many more within short drive. Right on Lipa Noi bay, enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The property even has two kayaks available for customers.

Calm and cosy place right at the beach

Beach acces cottage with private small outside bath and a bigger shared pool. Lovely owners who care about their customers. We loved staying here. Quiet and calm location, with more then enough possibilities to eat outside, just need some transportation which are available to rent here. Too far to walk.

The location of the hotel is amazing meaning it overlooks a beautiful beach. The surrounding area is average and there’s not much to see. You would need a bike or a car to be able to move unless if you come here to only stay at the hotel. Hotel staff are very good and there’s four cute funny dogs in the lobby.

Great beach location, rooms adequate. This is a quiet and calm area, untouched by the party scene and traffic. Staff very friendly. You will have the clean beach to yourself and there is a pleasant beach bar just a minute away. Moms kitchen over the road a short walk away serves great meals in a spotless facility. Access to the main road and hustle and bustle is just minutes away. We did not order lunch or dinner here but they do offer food.

The owner and the staffs were really nice. Checked in was easy, they let us check in early. You can book ride with the to the airport.The property has great potential but it was very out dated. We paid for almost $200 a night. I don't think its worth it.

We left first thing in the morning. The sheets and pillow case were ripped. The bathroom was dirty, there was no soap, the whole room is tired and needs a deep clean. Even the hot water dispenser had coffee marks running down it. So disappointed that I’ve paid for two lots of accommodation. I’ve emailed for a refund and heard nothing.

Dejligt sted overordnet set. Dejlige værelser lige ud til havet. Sengene meget hårde. De var ikke så gode til at holde deres del af stranden ren, som andre hoteller langs stranden gjorde. Hotellet ligger ret afsides i forhold til restauranter og indkøb. Hotellet lukkede kl. 20. Hvor der ikke var mere servering.
