“Modern, strategically located hotel, just in front of the underground station. The room is clean and spacious. All was perfect except few hiccups from service point of view: first day coffee machine still with used capsules and with old dirty excess water, second day we did not get new coffee capsules at all and another day the cups were left not cleaned. Also balm/shower gel were finished and not refilled. Reception staff was always helpful to assist. Despite this, recommended as rest was all……

“Zola is perfectly situated, merely minutes walk from the U-Bahn. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the hotel and functions of the room. Overall a beautiful hotel, all the amenities a guest could want and situated as a perfect base to explore Wien”

“The hotel is easy to find, it’s right next to Tram station (No 2 or 12) and 5 min. Walk to the train station to / from airport. The room is clean, and spacious. The coffee and tea at the lobby is free flow. Staffs are very nice and helpful. I left my scarf in the lobby last night and I managed to find it from the list & found. Definitely highly recommended! ”

“The room was available on such a short notice, the staff is responsive and nice. The neighborhood is alive and you have a tram 3 minute walk from the apartment. The price is really good. The bathroom had a weird smell but it was tolerable. ”

“the original check in time of the hotel should be two oclock but since we arrived the city quite early, the host still gave us the key of our room for later moving in and when we were back to the hotel at night our luggage and belongings were already transferred up to our room and this was great. the hotel room was much bigger than what we expected and is like an apartment for daily living intead of normal hotel room although water kettle was not provided. you will need to walk for about an……
