"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second time we have stayed at this house and its the perfect spot for a large extended family. Plenty of room for everyone, the location is perfect and the pool and yard are fantastic!"

"The house is very spacious and exactly as depicted in the photos. We had a lovely stay and the property manager was very responsive. There was a small hiccup with check-in (the address listed on the listing map was not the address of the house), but it was fixed right away. We would most certainly stay here again!"

"Beautiful property. Good location to beaches. Has all the amenities you would need. The family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and sitting out on the lanai. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. I highly recommend this place. "

"Some items in the house need to be secured and could be dangerous for children staying in the home. It could also use a deep clean undwr/behind some of the furniture it was a great location with lots of stuff cclose by for stroller walking and we had lots of funin the pool! thhome. It could also ise some deep lwa. "

"The house was amazing! So relaxing, clean, comfortable and close to the beach. Mona was fabulous! She setup an actual crib for our grand baby, had a highchair ready for us, the yard with gazebo was perfect for hanging out and having dinner. Off the charts amazing place to stay! Mona was wonderful to communicate with and made our stay perfect. "

"We chose the Ko'a Kea Resort due to its proximity to the Kauai Half Marathon start and finish locations. But we were soon thrilled with our choice as it was perfect. The welcome on check in and through out our stay was exceptional. The food at the hotel's Red Salt was delicious and well presented. We spent time at the pool and nearby beaches. The pool bar was quick to delivery drinks. We wish we'd been able to stay longer. In fact, we're planning our return visit."

"This place is perfect. Right on the beach, lots of amenities, beautiful sunsets on the lawn…stargazing at night and many more memorable perks. The bed was comfy, pillows were perfect, water pressure strong, and a beautiful pool area. I highly recommend this tropical paradise. ((The burritos from Da Crack were great, as was the Thai Food from the food trucks nearby))"

"The house was amazing! The location and pool adjacent to the beach just cannot be beat. House was very comfortable for a family of 9 with 3 kids. During our stay the refrigerator broke and they brought over a replacement with coolers of ice within an hour. The range didn’t work well but was functional. House really could have used AC in the bedrooms for sleep comfort in the summer but overall was an amazing property with very responsive host. I would definitely stay here again. "
