From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth, quick, and handled with great courtesy by the front desk team. The staff demonstrated professionalism throughout my stay, ensuring that every request was addressed promptly and with a genuine smile. The room was well-appointed, clean, and thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and functionality. Attention to detail was evident, from the quality of the bedding to the amenities provided. Housekeeping maintained the highest standards, ensuring a fresh and welcoming environment each day. Dining at the hotel was equally enjoyable. Our stay at WelcomHeritage Natraj was awesome with full marks to the hotel staff on cleanliness and hospitality. Premium Room was of decent size and all amenities were present; housekeeping team was sincere in cleaning and making room great. The hill view from balcony was spectacular and enchanting. It was so relaxing to sit and enjoy tea/coffee with the blissful view of the hills. The staff were very friendly and courteous, right from the check-in experience, Mr Ajay at front desk provided detailed information around McLoedganj attractions and took good care of us. The things that can be further improved are addition of salads in the buffet breakfast and availability of indoor activities like carrom, chess etc for kids.
