“The surroundings are lovely, the room was very comfortable and cleaned daily. It wasn’t the weather for the pool so didn’t swim but I imagine it to be perfect on a hot day. One of the most relaxing stays I’ve had anywhere with kind friendly staff and delicious well priced food. The hotel offers one free taxi either to or from town when you arrive which was really useful for me leaving on a Sunday morning. Highly recommend. “Highlight of our trip! Sapa is quite a busy town with busy traffics and constructions everywhere. However, this hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance away from the city center which gives a more private and quieter vibes in comparison while it's still easily accessible to everywhere.
Our room has such a great view to the mountains and its always refreshing to wake up to such breathtaking view every morning. We also joined their "Out Of Sapa" tour which was also amazing.

“Located remote area far from main road. Amenities are not standard need to bring own daily use. No lighting around. No breakfast available. Far from restaurants. Room key is not safe able to open from corridor. Apart from that Elevator provided. Nice hill view. Overall not recommended to stay there. ”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional five-star service at KK Sapa Hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure and temperature, perfect for a hot shower after a long hike. We stayed during Christmas, and the hotel had a wonderful festive atmosphere with beautiful decorations. On Christmas Eve, they offered complimentary mulled wine, gingerbread, and fruits in the lobby for an hour, which I really appreciated.
