“Expedia's question started "How was your stay at Apartmani Loredana - 2-bedroom-apartment". The biggest issue was that this is not a 2 bedroom apartment, it is a small 1 bedroom apartment with a double bed. When searching I had even used Expedia's filter function to only include 2 bedroom apartments. The people who it belonged to were a charming couple who went out of their way to help us. The settee was let down into a double bed, but this involved an extensive process which meant it had to be……

“On our way between Split and Dubrovnik lies the splendid city and island of Korcula. Villa Antonio is ideally suited to use the passenger ferry to the island, directly into Korcula old town. While many reviews have already highlighted the splendid breakfast at the hotel, we would love to add and note the superb dinner (buffet style) that we enjoyed during our stay, with plenty of different fish, meats, deserts and other dishes. That alone is a reason to stay at the Villa! We especially recommend……

“Villa Katarinaa ylläpitävä pariskunta ja heidän henkilökuntansa ovat ystävällisiä, avuliaita ja herttaisia. Ostimme perille päästyämme vielä aamiaiset majoitukseen - vahva suositus. Parasta oli majoituspaikan rauhallisuus ja oma pieni rauhallinen ranta, josta pääsi uimaan ja melomaan. Tämä majoituspaikka tosin edellyttää autoa, sillä etäisyydet ovat pitkiä. Splitistä automatka noin 3 h ja Dubrovnikista noin 45 min. Villa Katarina on hyvä tukikohta, josta voi tehdä autolla retkiä rannikkoa……

“Quartier non-securitaire, loin de tout, aucun service à proximité. Possiblement insalubre, vu l'etat de malpropreté extérieur. Nous n'y avons pas séjourné, trop degoutant. Il n'y avait aucun commentaire lors de notre réservation, on comprend pourquoi”
