Lovely rooms, staff were attentive. Valerie was great looking after us when we arrived at 1.30am after a delayed flight! The hotel is really nice and in a great location. Thanks for a great stay. When wife and i stayed, the receptionists were very polite and informative. However, there was 'bits' on the floor in the room that never disappeared as the room did not seem to ever get vacuumed, just the beds made and new towels. Otherwise, all was great.
