“I am so surprised that it does have reception and no lift. I need to carry luggages and climb up more than 3 floors. No information was given to me before I arrived . Check in is by password that I was never been informed. How come hotel.com not knowing all that and inform me when I am doing my booking. It is lucky that we met the owner at the entrance of the building, otherwise it will be a nightmare..very bad communication.”

“The apartment was as described and actually better than the photos. Warm, clean, spacious & comfortable. Check in via a code & lock box was simple. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street.
