“Evening person at reception was abrupt & not welcoming on three occasions. Not suited to her role. Carpet stains in the corridors of level 8 and level 5 unacceptable. “Staff, mostly nice but some are a bit rigid.
Location not very convience just quite close to airport around 8 mins if taking grab.
For the room, i think im a bit unlucky coz when the 1st room i live, i find there are some ants on the blanket, so i get down & call the staff to help me to change another room. So far, for the next 4 days, everything seems good, BUT..till the last 2 days, i again suddenly find 4-5ants on my bed blanket again..

“No hair dryer can be provided, even provided, a bit melt and I’m not dare enough to use. Have seriously ants inside the room and my bread for next morning breakfast all full with ants! Only good thing is this is nearby a mall that I need to visit. I was booking for 2 nights but I change hotel in second day.”
